Six Sigma Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Six Sigma Torque Arm and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Six Sigma Torque Arm include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Torque Arm if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Torque Arm repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STDI02416 manufactured by Six-Trak and we are pleased to be able to service most Six-Trak systems and parts. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CAHB10 by Skf and SLOSYN6180PISLOSYN6180PI spares by Superior are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
